Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Reservations
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges equivalent to one night's stay.
2. Special Events & Peak Seasons
Bookings during special events or peak seasons require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Different terms may apply for specific packages.
3. No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes.
4. Group Bookings
Group reservations have specific cancellation policies based on the size of the group and season. Please contact our reservations team for details.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
